Owner, Robert Howard

Robert's love for civil construction began in 2002 when he was introduced to asphalt paving and parking lot maintenance and has experience building successful projects in Arizona, Texas, and Colorado. Robert is a passionate advocate for his clients' needs and building strong relationships predicated upon trust and integrity. ENGAGE Contracting, LLC is an Arizona-based company founded in 2022 with the primary goal of supporting clients in maximizing their investment dollar.

Outside the office, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife of 23+ years and four awesome children.
